A life dedicated to compassion
I have dedicated more than a decade to a single question: how can we relate to ourselves and others from compassion rather than judgment?
I am a psychologist, international speaker and certified trainer in some of the world's most rigorous compassion programs, including the Compassion Cultivation Training (CCT) from Stanford CCARE and the Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) program by Kristin Neff and Chris Germer.
Over the past 15 years I have accompanied personal and organizational transformation processes in Colombia, Mexico, Chile, Spain, Uruguay and the United States, working with individuals, healthcare professionals, leaders and organizations committed to building a more human and conscious culture.
